Every health statistic is securely transmitted from your Apple Watch, passing through our servers directly to your web browser. None of this data is archived on our end; each workout is locally saved on your watch and stored on your personal devices alongside other workout information.
To launch Heartwitch, locate and access the app directly on your Apple Watch as it functions independently without requiring an iPhone app presence.
